It acts as advisor in structured transactions with private equity funds, as well as in business combinations with SPACs (Special Purpose Acquisition Companies).

In litigation practice, the Firm is particularly engaged in contractual disputes, corporate and commercial law, branches of competition regulation, civil liability, pharmaceutical law and insurance law with particular focus to life insurance. Litigation is always handled with close consideration to company needs, and taking into account the multi-faceted context of corporate issues, including with respect to employment, administrative, fiscal, and competition law.

Our litigation practice extends to arbitration, an area of special focus for Gaetano Tasca, the Firm’s founder, who has authored a number of publications on the matter. The Firm is a practiced incubator and promoter of Start-ups, drawing from a network of talent garden platforms, research institutions and universities, curating the full journey from idea to go-life of spinoffs.
